Terms of Service

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Buun Group provides software architecture consulting, web development, and related technical services. The specific scope of services will be defined in separate agreements or statements of work.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

• We retain all rights to our pre-existing intellectual property
• Client-specific deliverables are owned by the client upon full payment
• We may retain the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during engagements
• Our website content, branding, and materials remain our property

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of services.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our relationship.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buun Group's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buun Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms of any applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered and return any confidential materials.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
